Have an annual maintenance plan with FD - this was for the spring A/C checkup. The technician - Zachary - was the best! He was extremely competent in his job and very thorough in the maintenance check and reporting the results to me. Very satisfied.
Don called to say he was on his way and arrived soon after. He was polite and got right to work. When finished he gave a review of his work and told me our a/c was working great. He should be considered an asset to his employer. Thanks Don.
