Edward was very nice and professional. He got my order done expeditiously and made pleasant conversation which didn't make it feel like an errand. I will continue to use their services and recommending them as well.
Had to copy a key to my house after work on a Monday...it was 4:13 and I debated calling - especially after reading some of these reviews and reviews for many other locksmiths in the area - but my sister recommended this place so I had to give it a chance. Randy picked up the phone and was polite and gave me the green light to come in and see if my key could be copied, even though they were closing soon. They can copy keys within minutes...it was seriously so fast, and Randy was very attentive to details and I was surprised by how affordable it was. I would never try to copy any key again at a little kiosk in Walmart or Home Depot (they all said they couldn't copy... read full review
