I've been going to Dukes for about 6 years now. I see the same barber every time, unless he is on vacation. All of the barbers there are top notch and friendly. They give great haircuts. They can also trim or shave your beard/mustache. Each barber has their own set of regular clients, but they take walk-ins too. They are often busy so it might take a bit of a wait if you are a walk-in, but sometimes you get lucky. There were two walk-ins today and they were both seen within 5 minutes. It's your classic barbershop, the one you see in the movies from the 80s/90s/early 00s. Great service and super personable barbers. You always feel welcome and like you're getting fantastic service. I've had at least five compliments on my haircut, I highly recommend this place.

Finally!!!! Found THE BEST BARBERSHOP in the Capitol Region. I was a walk in. Greeted professionally, in a chair within minutes (despite the place buzzing with customers) Fantastic haircut by Rocco Sorriento. Place is clean and vibe is fantastic.
Owner is gregarious and welcoming.
This is an old school barbershop adapted to today. Hot towel, tile walls by throwback sink.
