So we called and made an appointment with drain-o-matic and they actually got here early, diagnosed the problem quickly, Aidan rushed out grabbed the parts required and had the job done within 2 hours. Polite and professional. Will Definitely use them again.

Ive never experienced such great service, they educated me understand the way the system works and why there was an issue. 0 Drain-0-MaticPlumbing and Drain Cleaning Co. also known as Trinity is the worst company ever! I called them recently to snake out my main sewer line which was clogged. Two guys came over who had no clue how to snake a clogged sewer line. They ran a cable in the wrong place. They did not open the cap and run the cable there and the cable stuck and broke the pipe. They blamed National Grid for crushing the pipe since National Grid had run a gas line to my property. They then left without removing the stuck cable and I called The Village of Colonie and they were surprised that this company had left without removing the cable. I had to hire an excavation company to dig up my lawn and replace the sewer pipe and remove the stuck cable. In the process the water line got damaged and had to be replaced which I had to pay for. These people ought to compensate me for my loss of money and suffering.Will never use this company again

I have a sewer pipe for just one apartment that is broken, but it is encased in concrete about 2 feet thick, so getting to that pipe is going to be nearly impossible. It would require jack hammering the concrete to get to the pipe, but this old house might not be able to handle all that vibration. So, they were not able to help me, and only charged me half price for their efforts. I am disappointed in the result, but it's not their fault. They were very professional. I'll find another solution, and they had some ideas they shared with me.
