They kindly let me know I was going to be too late for an appointment. Instead of charging me for a missed appointment as I should have been, they quickly rescheduled me for a couple hours later in the day. Phenomenal customer service!“

“I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and I will continue to come while Nancy runs the practice. I just came to get the phone number to make an appointment and saw some reviews. I was surprised by the bad ones about the receptionists, I never had any issues with them. I can be salty myself and have had issues at other places, but never here. The staff are great. I had an issue once where I think Dr.Spiro mis-diagnosed me and Nancy seemed to disagree. The next time I went Nancy had replaced Dr.Spiro and gave me something that worked right away. I have great faith in her.“
