“I saw Dr. Feng this afternoon for a cancer spot on my ear. Needless to say I was nervous about the procedure. He was polite and listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. His Nurse Sarah is one of the nicest people I have met there. She made me feel relaxed and has a great personality! Dr. Feng said he would see me in 3 weeks when I met the Receptionist Jen another really nice person who was able to get me in the same day as I had another appointment scheduled.”
