They are professional, thoughtful and kind. They handled everything under difficult circumstances with grace, professionalism and great care. I most highly recommend them. When our dad passed away, we were lucky our parents had pre planned their funerals. My sibling and I knew that Keenan’s would take good care of him. I spoke with Jim after Dad died, and went to Keenan’s two days later for final arrangements. Jim was kind, empathetic and professional. Keenan’s took care of everything. When I called with follow up questions, I was treated again with patience and kindness. The wake and funeral went smoothly and beautifully. The Keenan’s team anticipated our every need. The Keenan Team has been tremendously so helpful. Took over all services for me while I was in shock and grieved for my loss. They just took over the whole process also checked on me afterwards on how I was doing mentally and coping with the loss. Definitely their service is more like family than business.
