I had an appointment for nose piercings, however, I really wanted to reopen my current piercings. I thought that would require a re-piercing. Gene (the piercer) informed me all I would need is the current holes stretched and not a piercing. He saved me money by adjusting my payment and jewelry selection. Additionally, he walked me through the pain and process. Overall, making my experience easy going. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo. The establishment was gave a modern Gothic vibe, which I loved.
Gene helped me out with piercings I thought were closed and went above and beyond in educating me about my piercings. The space was clean and inviting. The pride of ownership was evident through the carefully curated and unique decor, cleanliness, and knowledge!
Updating this review just to emphasize how great this place is. I’ve been to piercing parlors in New York City, Philadelphia, and Providence, and hands-down this is the best place I’ve been to. Amazing expertise, great care, great advice, and overall just grateful that I live nearby a place this good! Really appreciate all the help, and if I move again, I will travel to come back here.
