First time coming here. Very professional and friendly group. Martin and the two front desk ladies are great. I'm very pleased to find knowledgeable and efficient staff I can rely on. Happy to business here. My partner has been here twice and has great service.

My vision insurance recently changed so I was able to return to Sterling Optical. Calling to make an appointment was a breeze and in person all the staff were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kipp was excellent and answered all my questions and gave me more information than I even thought I needed. Overall a great place that has ACTUAL Doctors. I was previously at Empire Visionworks which I will not return to as they have invested in telemedicine which means there are no actual optometrists on site and everything is done over video call.

My experience at this facility with Dr. Martin Kipp and his staff was very pleasant. From the initial call to the facility to make the appt. to Dr. Kipp’s very thorough eye exam (where it was determined that, all I needed was a 2.5 increase reading glasses). Instead of trying to sell me Rx glasses with that minor increase, he told me to go to any store or pharmacy to pick up reading glasses with a 2.5 magnification. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing their vision checked.
