My first experience at Blessed Body Fitness was exciting, invigorating! I have never even touched a pole before and Sarah did such a great job at guiding the class and then working with us individually on certain strengths. Everyone in the class did great and had a wonderful time, to say the least I was NOT expecting it to be such a good workout and it was not as awkward for a first timer as one might think. Awesome experience!

Rafy was incredible! So knowledgeable and fun! I am excited to learn more from her and the studio! The studio was very clean and beautifully decorated! I also got to meet the owner and she was a gem! 10/10!

Beautiful studio with nice and variable lighting (perfect for videos), I called for an open pole session that wasn’t posted and they opened up time for me ? really enjoy this studio
