Hi,I'm current an employee of this company and I feel they're fair. I believe if you don't like this field don't apply to these positions. All jobs comes with pros&cons so you have to expect things. I'd recommend anyone that takes pride in caring for people to apply and join our team!

I've been a client for 6 months now. There are a FEW caring, attentive & reliable aides but you still get the others mixed in. Frequently, no one from the office will call to say they have no one to cover the shift so you won't have an aide - no show & no call. Often you must ask who you are speaking with (they don't say the name of the company you called so why would they tell you their name?). I will say that 98% of the time 24/7 someone DOES answer in scheduling, which is refreshing. DO NOT LET AN AIDE OFFER TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU - YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID!!
