Everyone went above and beyond to help me in my urgent need. I tolerate pain pretty well but they were all attentive in helping me sooth my pain. I am grateful to the intake personel, nurses, and doctor that was there for me during this hard time in dealing with this physical ailment. They also provided an enormous amount of education for me on how to take care of my body during this process. Amazing to have a VA right in the heart of Albany. I am very grateful, so thank you everyone.
The staff at this VA are fantastic, and are heroes for serving veterans and their community.
The receptionists, nurses, social workers, doctors, EVERYONE who works there is caring and professional.

Went for several appointments. Everything and everything one was early. Everyone too the time to speak with me and go over all of my concerns. The hospital itself was well maintained and clean.
