90 minute prenatal massage was Sarah was AMAZING. They have the bed you can lay on your belly with- I think this helps a ton when your dealing with round ligament pain, back pain and sciatic nerve pain. Sarah explained in detail what we would be doing and asked if I had any areas I wanted to focus on. This is my third pregnancy, I’ve gotten a lot of massages at different places. Sarah gave me the best one I’ve ever had. She used the perfect amount of pressure and as a mom of two I throughly appreciated that she didn’t talk during the session letting me be able to fully relax and enjoy. I’ve been going to Albany Massage for a couple years now! The staff is great and the prices are the best in town! Also if you’re pregnant they have this amazing prenatal table that allows you to comfortably lay face down ◡̈
