Brian Walloch and Expert Environmental were very honest and straight forward. They were the best! Everyone in the company was the epitome of professionalism, from how they set about their work to the speed at which they worked. The crew was sufficiently bright - competent, and answered all the questions fully and clearly , which I appreciated. I was asking questions throughout the whole process and they made the effort to explain it to me as many times as I needed to get the clear picture. The crew came exactly when the workers were needed, they did their work and removed all the asbestos from the ceiling, as well as everything else they took off and indeed disposed of.... read full review
What an amazing job! We had our pool filled in, and our yard looks amazing. It's like the pool was truly never there. I watched them work every now and again and saw how they really stuck to their word and contract. What was supposed to be removed came out, the fill was clean and as promised. They contacted city, got permit, and respectfully and promptly answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
My husband and I had a great experience with Expert Environmental in Albany. We had a large attic in a new home that needed vermiculite removed which is a daunting project for a homeowner and they made us feel comfortable and informed from start to finish. Brian was very responsive the whole process and kept us updated. JD and the team were very efficient as well at the house. Any questions or concerns we had they addressed and resolved quickly for us. Would recommend!
