Great renting experience. DeThomasis was pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of. Their app had a straightforward interface, they got back to me quickly on emergent issues, and they were gracious about working with me on issues I brought to the table. The apartment itself was well built and maintained. Overall a very nice place to call home.
They love to start project but never finish them. They use a app to put work request orders in but never come to fix any of the repairs. Constant ac and water issues. Still have live exposed wire hanging out my walls
