Dave & Stacy did such an excellent job on my repair project I am hiring them again for a painting project. We had water damage to our ceiling in front of our fireplace. The water damage caused a hole & soft spot that needed repair. We have popcorn ceilings that made the project alot more difficult. They did a prime spot repair to the damaged ceiling & spray texture over the repair. They spot primed other water stains on the ceiling but the true charmer was the painting of my entire popcorn ceiling from living room throughout kitchen. Dave Carrigan saved us a lot of trouble by correctly diagnosing what was wrong with our plaster ceiling. Two drywall contractors proposed covering the cracking plaster with drywall. Dave knew better: the ceiling could not be kept in place by merely covering it. In fact the rock lath plaster was not even attached to the floor joists above in large areas of the ceiling.
While that meant we had a much bigger and more costly job to do, it would be done right the first time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Carrigan Painting. David and Stacy were very accommodating, courteous, professional, and knowledgable. The work they did on my home in Lancaster, to repair my popcorn ceiling that had a giant hole and a large unsightly crack running down the hallway, made it look as if there was never a problem.
