Happy Heating and Matt are the best. Matt thoroughly inspected my heating concerns for performance. He then explained some shortcuts the original installer’s took that could be fixed. However, he said those repairs would not be impactful enough to justify the cost so just better to wait until replaced. He then fully explained the type of heater installed that uses water. (???) His recommendation was just to perform a service of vacuuming out the system and cleaning out the screen. Only $150! Matt also answered my questions on possible longevity and a Home Warranty.
