The studio is small but welcoming, so it's recommended to sign up for classes in advance as they can fill up quickly.
We had Shannon for our session and we could not have asked for a better instructor! The environment was so calming and inviting! I am pregnant and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session even though I wasn't able to do most of the positions. I highly suggest coming here and specifically to see Shannon!
All levels yoga classes. A variety of caring instructors to choose from. (Shannon is my favorite!) Check out the website for other events and retreats. Make sure to sign up ahead of time for classes, as some fill up in this small, welcoming studio.
Stillwater is the best yoga studio in town! The schedule has a lot of diversity so there really is something for everyone, and if you go to a Vinyasa flow class with Shannon or Nick they will stop at three levels so if you are a beginner or a pro you will find your perfect practice and get a great workout. I canceled my gym membership! Highly recommend. Pop in and visit, you won’t regret it :-)
