About OMNI

OMNI is South Lake Tahoe's only infrared heated studio offering a variety of yoga, barre, and dance classes. The studio provides vinyasa, sculpt, yin, and therapeutic yoga classes, as well as resistance and lightweight fitness group sessions. Dance classes include contemporary, jazz, and urban fit. OMNI is also Tahoe's only pole fitness space, featuring eight 11-foot poles for group workouts and rentals for special events and competitions.

Omni offers a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment with knowledgeable, supportive instructors who accommodate all ages and ability levels. The studio provides a wide variety of classes, including slow flow, hot vinyasa, and yin yoga as well as hammock classes, tone and sculpt, barbell and much, much more. The instructors are amazing, and I’ve personally taken classes with Terrell, Katelyn, Raquel, Jayne, Jess, Hailey, Alanna, Beata, Caroline, and Dylan and ALL of them have helped me tremendously. My experiences at OMNI have improved my physical and mental health,
and I am very appreciative of what they offer.

OMNI Tahoe is such a welcoming and energizing space. The classes are thoughtfully led, the studios are beautiful, and the whole environment feels supportive from the moment you walk in. It’s one of my favorite places in Tahoe to reset, move, and feel genuinely uplifted.

We just finished a pole class here for a bachelorette party- it was so fun! Sarah was an incredible instructor and we all accomplished so much more than we anticipated. 10/10 recommend taking classes here!
