I didn't stay there the whole time I went home and they called me to come back when it was done. Super convenient! I got a welcome discount. That is because it was my first time coming. I wasn't too happy about the price but it was way cheaper than a new phone. So what can you do?. Thank you so much for helping me out. This business will always have a special place in my heart. They were able to retrieve valuable family photos from an iphone of mine that went dead on a trip to Washington state several years ago. I took it to a store in Seattle that spent an hour in a futile attempt to bring it back from the dead. They told me that I had little chance of getting the photos back unless I was willing to spend a lot of money to get it to work again. uBreakiFix had the iphone back on within 30 minutes and transferred the photos to my icloud account for a grand total of $65. My visit was great. Only when I arrived home with my laptop I discovered that the repairs were not done and that was very disappointing. I'm returning to demand a refund for the work that was supposed to be done and that asurion would not honor on my claim.
