Well it seems like your front resceptionist Celina is very unprofesional acts very snoty and does not provide a compasionate service that the patients need hopfully she changes that BUT NIKKI HANNON,pac is awsome very nice and proffesional she so great in what she does that why im giving 4 stars but celina needs to work on her customer service

By far the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I saw Candy and she is absolutely amazing. The only downside to swift institute is that it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone.

I called and they said just come in and they will see me. Much better way to deal with a problem than wait for an appointment, sometimes weeks away. They took an x-ray and did an exam, recommended PT, to see if it would heal. Great service.
