I dont normally do surveys but considering what I went thru to get to doing business here, I feel it necessary. Obviously a very hard time but i felt warm from the second I started working with Bethany. She has been soo sweet, caring, attentive throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and cared for and I couldn't be more appreciative. Im sorry to anyone who has to endure what it takes to wind up going here, but there is no better place or person to work with. Simple Cremation Sparks staff Julie and Bethany were very helpful and kind through the entire process with my father. From answering all of my questions and help guide me through every step at the beginning while being 3000 miles away on the East coast to the end after flying into town and working with my flight schedule. I appreciate all the kindness and help during the most stressful time of my life. The surprise link to my dads own personal remembrance page was a beautiful and special way to bring our family and his friends together from California and Nevada to Florida and West Virginia. I will never forget it! Thank you so much 🩵
