If you’ve ever experienced that feeling of being completely helpless, you’ll understand exactly how I felt last night. One of my condo units had a major plumbing emergency, and after calling more than 11 different 24-hour plumbing companies with no success, I was running out of options.

Within an hour, their team was on-site at 9:00 PM, quickly diagnosed the problem, isolated the faulty boiler, and immediately took the necessary steps to prevent what could have become a serious electrical fire caused by the leak. Michael was actually one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He explained everything so thoroughly to us. We had an excellent experience with him. And I would hire him in a hot minute. Very knowledgeable, and extremely empathetic and kind with a great personality. You need to keep him he is an excellent representation of your company. Thank you so much again Michael.
Plumber (Sean) arrived as scheduled, was efficient, professional, very hardworking & personable. Felt more like he was a good neighbor with great deal of knowledge in plumbing coming by to fix the problem instead of someone providing a cold service without caring about the customer’s situation. Willingly answered all questions & made recommendations to prevent potential future issues.
Only downside was how expensive the repairs ended up being. (Tell your kids & grandkids not to go to college to become a doctor or attorney but rather go to vocational school & registered apprenticeship to become a plumber or electrician. They’ll make... read full review
