We have a fantastic experience that was fast, efficient, and thorough. Matthew Sacht was patient and also energetic and great with my teens. He answered questions and offered explanations for decisions and expectations for healing and treatments. We all liked his bedside manner and would definitely go back to see him again.
I went to ROC Urgent Care with bad knee pain. The Physicians Assistant saw me and was awesome. After X-Rays he nailed my issue and administered a cortisone shot and provided a prescription. Two days later and I’m am so much better. Thanks to Matt and the whole ROC team. They were great!
Staff at ROC Express in Sparks was very attentive. They introduced themselves, listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions. Karrie King is a great Physician's Assistant. Next day, they followed up with a phone call. Very impressed!
