Don't understand their insurance here. Charges me when I clearly have a zero copay. Any other Renown Urgent care I don't get charged. Come here and they have no clue what they're doing. 2 stars because they usually pretty quick. But save your money, drive to vista.
They were wonderful quiet quick clean and very helpful and since I knew exactly what I needed help with they got to me quickly I felt awful I left them a review online that was meant for renown main hospital 🏥 this place is nothing like them they are very nice and quick her.
I come here a lot for my migraines, and typically the staff is accommodating and efficient. Long wait times can’t be avoided during rushes, so please show them some compassion. Recently took my boyfriend in with horrid fever, they were fast, friendly, and informed. Minus wait times(Which they can’t control) everything took like twenty mins. Dr.Aaron Williams is very friendly! Highly recommend.
