They showed up when they said they would. They are a very professional company. Jan that answers the phone was very nice and polite. Ron the owner came out and walked us thru the whole process and helped us on picking out the right shingles for our home and they also do insulation which we needed. If you are in the market for putting a new roof on your home you owe it to your self to give Pratt-Sons roofing a call. There men are also were COVID-19 compliant very nice and courteous. They also left our house cleaner when they left then when they got there. They are awesome company. You owe it to your self or business to give them a call you won't be disappointed.
