We broke the glass in a in a wood, single hung window while preparing it to be painted, we called around to several window repair businesses, but most couldn't help us for a least a week. Then we called Seth @ Nvision Glass, he stated, "that if we gave him the glass measurements, he could have the glass cut and ready for us in a couple hours". True to his word, we picked it up at the shop a couple hours later, installed it, and it was fixed only a few hours after it was broken.Dennis WilliamsReno, Nv.

I had a window in the Mstr. Bath lose its seal. I contacted the window manufacturer as my builder informed me there is a lifetime warranty on my windows and nVision glass would be doing the install. A week or so later Mike from nVision contacted me and said when the manufacturer sent them the replacement they would call to set up an appointment. True to his word Mike contacted me within a couple of weeks. They further told me who was doing it. So Nick comes out in a clean service truck which he told me was a spare as his was being serviced. His attire was neat and personality perfect. His professionalism and job knowledge was impeccable. He did a straight up 5* replacement... read full review

Update on my prior 5-star review on the windows we had installed in May. When we had the wind and rain a month ago, I suddenly had a puddle of water on a windowsill. I called NVision, and I swear they had a guy out to my house within a half hour. He didn't think the window was leaking because the drywall above the window was soaked. However, he came back the next day and re-caulked all around the windows on the second floor just be sure. And his boss called while he was here just to be sure it was being taken care of to my satisfaction.A couple days later a roofing guy confirmed it was a roofing problem.
