OT WAS HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO THIER Scheduling. I waited two months before OT finally contacted me after me leaving several messages. I finally get in there. They're constantly calling me to change my appointment to the point where I forget that they've changed my appointments. This is a horrible place if you need OT. I had the receptionist literally lied to me on the phone and tell me that their therapist Heidi had tried contacting me several times today, which was not true. If you value your sanity, please don't go there. They'll drive you crazy with schedule changing. They never ever contact you by phone or text. When the Veterans' hospital doesn't have a provider on staff for the medical service I need, the VA ( US Department of Veterans Affairs ) sends me out into the for-profit community at VA and the American taxpayer's expense. That is how I ended up at Northern Nevada Medical Center Rehab & Sports Medicine for medical treatment.Northern Nevada Medical Center Rehab & Sports Medicine is located right next door to Northern Nevada Medical Center. The receptionists and healthcare provider were professional. I was immediately checked in. The healthcare provider saw me on time. The facility is clean including the bathroom.
