BUYERS BEWARE! One of our units went out. The service tech was rude. They installed parts on a dead system that they never got running. They edited the invoice AFTER signing with rude comments, and charged us $855?!?! Saying they would credit it back if we purchased a $20,000 system from them. Miles continues to harass us, calling. RUN in the other direction before you purchase a 10-year warranty with this service department. PER MILES "Homeowner is under the impression that the work done today should be for free due to the compressor experiencing criticalfailure. I’ve spoken with management which they will be calling in the morning. I did explain to the homeowner that this is a business and not a charity and this is again why we weigh the options and inform the customer before they make decision like today. Unit is off at my departure both at the breaker and the disconnect." Who writes this about a customer?!?!
Previously added gas line for stove 2021. Roger and Jeff came out and added a valve to hook up to the stove. Seamless and with smiles the job was completed. Now ready to have stove installed. I am glad to have met Roger and Jeff... I highly recommend Nevada Heating. These young men are an asset to the company.
