Had a central heat that would not turn off. They were able to get someone out within a few days. Tech was very professional and informative and kept me updated about what he was doing and options to fix it if it didn't work. Will be using again in the future.
Overall, a very professional experience. From setting up a proposal with Debbie and Matt all the way through the install was perfect. On time, answered all questions, and completed the job in a timely manner. Look no further for your furnace needs.
I called M&S on a Monday and they had me scheduled on Wednesday that week for a basic furnace inspection and service. Ray was my tech and he was on time, very professional and very educational. I stayed with him during his time to learn what he was doing so I can make sure to keep up on maintenance. He took the time to explain the operations of the furnace, locations of key sensors and appropriate cleaning procedures. I felt he went over and above and I am grateful for his help. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for HVAC service.
