Professional, personal and highly skilled. I'm not a good enough writer to elaborate on all the great aspects of JCD...but I'll try! They came on short notice and promptly provided a realistic estimate of cost and time. They communicated frequently and effectively prior to the start of work. They showed up at the specified time, did exactly what they said they would do and got the job done sooner than I anticipated. Above all, they treated my home and property with care and respect. JDC will be my first call for any excavation in the future. On a scale of 1 to 5, these guys are at least an 8!

Patrick and Pat came out and gave us a fair estimate. It was a one day job so they squeezed us in between other jobs, showed up on time and completed the project, (laying both sewer and water lines) in a timely and correct manner. Excellent equipment operators who did it right the first time. As an architect, my husband has worked with many excavators over the years and these guys are the best! I think that watching them work together, is like watching a choreographed performance, precision and communication between the two is amazing. We highly recommend this team to complete any grading or excavating needs. You may have. We would give them 10 stars if possible.

Patrick completed the pad prep and foundation footing and pier excavation for my metal building. The job came in on time and on budget. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner, and I am looking forward to contracting with JDC Construction again for the final grading of my project.
