Our technician was Matthew ! By far the BEST carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had in my life. Super friendly, very reliable, and not to mention he went above and beyond for our cleaning needs. Would 10/10 recommend ?? THANK YOU MATTHEW!!
Full Steam has been the best carpet cleaning service for Kromer investments for the last couple of years. They always work with us when we need emergency carpet cleans, repairs etc. they always have a tech to come when we need them the most. All the staff in the office have been so polite and the new tech Matthew has been doing a great job!
Matt came by today to clean the carpet in my new apartment. He did an awesome job! He took extra care and made sure everything was done correctly and he went above and beyond! Thank you, Matt! Highly reccomended!
