Friendly short waiting time. All the staff are very helpful. The Care Coordinator Team are truly awesome. Many times they have helped when I've had issue with other Dr. or prescription problems. Jordan Fireman is my primary physician and always makes me feel as if she really listens and cares. To all the staff, great job and thank you.

Finally a place that cares! Dr. Sarah Lopez & the staff there are wonderful. I can't express how much better I feel after being taken off unecessary meds my previous doc had me on. All aspects of my health have been examined & I definitely have my faith in the medical community restored. Glad I found them.

Walk-In in the Community Health Alliance- Sparks Location office. I walk-in the front office, explained to the Check-In personnel that, “I was just trying here to get a print out of my daughter’s 4-year-old immunization records so that she can start enrolling for her Pre-K Program at the Washoe County School District-Kate Smith’s Elementary School”. However, I was “told to have a seat and someone will be with you”. I WAITED for MORE than 30-minutes in the lobby without getting any response/updates from any of the three front desk office personnel, of when I can have the print out of my daughter’s immunization records.My minor children and I have been patients...read full review
