I've been going to CHA since I was a kid, the 2 stars is only because theyve been great up until now, today was different. I came at my exact appointment time. They didn't give any online paperwork or any sort. So I came in at my actual appointment time because the 10 minute prior that was given was OPTIONAL. I booked it at this specific time for the courtesy that I will make it AT this time. I come in and the woman in front of me takes about 10 minutes to check in, AFTER my appointment, check in time. Saw my new doc today Dr. Wishart. She is AWESOME. Her plan for me is just right. She made me feel really Great about my conquering Diabetes. She is Funny. Sweet. Super Professional. The Trifecta. I look forward to many years of her Excellent Care. Her nurse, Valeria is right on Spec. Very knowledgeable and forthright. They are a Terrific combo. I like the fact that Valeria loves both her Job and said nice things about my new provider. Great Work Ladies.

Not what I expected very clean, friendly, professional staff. This is my first visit after losing my insurance. I don't have any anxiety to go there to find out what my health problems are And how to address them.
