Total scam - overall unprofessional, horrible experience, and the worst facial I have ever had. If you're looking to be pampered like I was, STAY AWAY. Brandi was given an opportunity to resolve the issues and REFUSES to provide a refund for the services that she never provided because she doesn't want to get an "unexpected deduction" in terms of her pay. Yet, I bought a three-pack and she only provided 60 minutes of a facial, and neither Groupon support or Brandi are offering a solution.
Brandi canceled the first appointment we had, very last minute, due to car troubles. It happens to the best of us, so I said no worries and we rescheduled. When I arrived for our rescheduled appointment, she said she was running late, and I sat in the parking lot for over an HOUR waiting for her to be ready for our appointment (which I had left work early to be on time for). She apologized and offered a free back facial to make up for it, which I agreed to, but we didn't even have time to complete a full 90 minutes of my first of three facials, since I had bought the three-pack.
Walking into Brandi's room was like trying to squeeze into a hoarder's closet. It was the size of a cubicle, with no ceiling, partial walls, and bright fluorescent lights blaring down. When I asked for an eyemask, she said she hadn't bought one yet, and she tried to use other things to cover my eyes which continually were sliding off (and even slid off my face and got some gooey product stuck in my hair - twice). I could hear all of the "neighbors" loudly chatting away and blowdrying hair, etc. I understand we can't always control our location and environment, but this was not at all the relaxing experience that I thought would be worth the $80 + tip that I was paying for each facial. The space did not feel clean and was not comfortable. At one point she left the room without telling me, and my makeshift "eyemask" had slid into my hair and my lips were covered with product so I could not speak (I consented to the lip mask in advance). She left me alone in her room with no communication or notice and with me unable to speak.
I contacted Groupon support and gave Brandi the opportunity to approve a partial refund, only for the services that were never rendered (it's worth noting that I tipped her $50 for the first service against my better judgement). Brandi went on and on about how she didn't realize how much Groupon takes out of each purchase and that she hardly makes any money with these services - and yet, she refuses to approve the partial refund. Brandi, if you're reading this, you still have time to make this right. Are you expecting me to pay $228 + $50 tip for sixty minutes of the worst facial I've ever had? Do what's right and reimburse me for at least the two 90-minute facials that I never received. If not, I hope everyone coming to your page is able to read this and know what a scam artist you are.

Brandi is simply the best! I’ve been a regular of hers for over a year and a half now and I will continue to go to her always! She CARES about her clients and always leaves you feeling refreshed and taken care of. I highly recommend Brandi for any and all of the services she provides! She makes the appointments fun and comfortable, simply put a 10/10 experience overall!

Thought I'd never go professional with hair removal but when things became a struggle to do on my own this girl came in a pinch! She's fast, reliable, and sooooo welcoming to a new experience your nerves will be gone the second appointment. She does a little bit of everything from lashes, facial, but my go to is hair sugaring. Give her a try and she won't disappoint!
