Excellent service. Friendly. Items done on time. Easy to get to & park in front. $70 for Parents of the bride: womans+ pantsuit w/jacket, man's suit, shirt & tie. It's been AWHILE but prices have gone UP?

Came in on a Saturday to get an estimate of drying cleaning a long coat. It was less than I anticipated and said it was about $18. I gave them my information and said they will text if it is done earlier. It did cleaned earlier than expected, but was not available to pick it up until the day. They said they will hold your item for about a week after it is ready. The total came out to $19-20 with taxes. The coat does look cleaner, but there was some pilling that they could not remove. Overall, it was quick and easy. I just wish their prices were transparent on their website or in the store.

This company is exemplary. Their attention to detail and addressing items is truly remarkable. Sam who oversees the Los Altos Location in Sparks is the epitome of what customer service represents. She ensures that the customers concerns are heard and communicated to the company. She also makes sure that the customer understands the pricing based on the needs that every item brought in will roughly be. She also thoroughly examines that the items are in their best state before she contacts the customer to come in to pickup their item.
