They did not fix anything we called for and quoted us a bs price as they had no idea what they were talking about - $5,000.00 for 5 feet of cast iron install with labor - Customer Service was crap and the owner never called after saying he would. Worst company i have ever had to use for plumbing in reno Nevada. I would never call them or recommend them to anyone.

If they are out of business and installed an AC unit that is still under warranty who can we call to look at it? Did they sell the business to a competitor or give them their customers?
