We first contacted Zak by leaving a voicemail and he called back almost immediately. Lucky for us, his schedule allowed him to come to our home within the hour. After he arrived and learned the small project's particulars from my husband (adding a kit to panel doors to allow them to swing open), he got to work right away. The instructions that came with the kit weren't the best, but Zak was able to use his experience and skill (and a suggestion from my husband for one portion of the project) to make it work. The end product accomplished what I was hoping for (the ability to more fully open the doors on my new washer and dryer). Zak's prices are reasonable, and he also gave us a military discount in appreciation of my husband's 30 years in the Army. We highly recommend Zak if you have any projects around your house that need doing. UPDATE 3-24-2023: Since my original review, we have had Zak do several more projects at our home and he does a great job every time.
