Tonight I went to my first yoga class ever and I loved it! I went to Restore with Jessica C. and she killed it. The people in the class were super inviting and helpful, and Jessica provided a tranquil atmosphere. 100% recommend!

I regularly attend Bikram yoga at YogaSix NW Reno, and Jenny H is truly exceptional.
Jenny has the perfect balance of strength and gentleness as a teacher. Her voice command is clear, confident, and grounding, which makes it easy to stay focused and present throughout class. At the same time, her energy is calm and supportive, never intimidating.
What really sets Jenny apart is how personal she makes the experience. She greets everyone by name and genuinely sees each student. You can feel that she’s an empath who is deeply tuned in to the room and to the people practicing in it.
Connie kicked my butt in all the best ways I was looking for a hot yoga sculpt session and this is a part of the class pass family which I am grateful for it was so good for the soul and just what I needed highly recommend this location super clean And nice staff
