Most of the workers I thought were pretty rude, except one nice Hispanic Lady with Highlights, a white shirt, and a brownish nude glossy lip, she helped me find a product under $20 in prestige. She was so nice helping me find a concealer shade, I thought the one I had on was wrong but she said it looked good and helped me find my matching shade. That made me feel good. My friend told multiple workers that it was my birthday but only that one Hispanic lady wished me a happy birthday and was actually helpful. The cashier rounded down for my changed, shorted me 2 cents. I used to work at Ulta in Carson City and they told us to round up. The cashier was Zugehil.

I had a wonderful experience with the assistant Tracy! She spent time helping me color match and genuinely cared if I left happy! THANK YOU Tracy! I wanna come back just to hang out!!! :)

Employees are rude and somehow discriminating, I’ve noticed that whenever I go there they tend to follow the African American and Hispanic customers as if we’re about to steal but they give most of their attention to the Caucasians customers, that’s why I try avoiding going to the south Reno store if I can.
