This was the highlight of our staycation. The staff across the board were wonderful. A big shout out to Ashley. This was my first facial. My mom was scheduled but unfortunately wasn’t feeling well and since we could only get a partial refund I step in. Ashley was very professional and so kind to explain the process to me along the way. I hadn’t been that relaxed in a long time. I highly recommend Ashley if you do go to the spa.

Updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. Within a week of posting this, they contacted me and apologized for not getting the facial portion. They offered a free service to make up for the error. Unfortunately, I live across the country. But my grandma who is a local Reno resident can use the service under my name!
Received a great 80min prenatal massage from Carissa. I was happy to see they had a pillow for my 6month belly, so I could lay on my stomach!
