Updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. Within a week of posting this, they contacted me and apologized for not receiving the facial portion. They offered a free service to make up for the error. Unfortunately, I live across the country. But my grandma, who is a local Reno resident & just lost her husband, can use the service under my name! Received a great 80min prenatal massage from Carissa. I was happy to see they had a pillow for my 6month belly, so I could lay on my stomach! Unfortunately, they did not provide me with any facial - as listed in the description! Which would've been lovely! I couldn't remember if it was included until after I left and reviewed their offerings. Big bummer for $240 out the door.
Manicure from Malou was wonderful. Nice conversation, manicure done with care and not rushed. I was a bit early so was able to wait in the spa lounge, light snacks and fruit flavored water. Unlike other casino spas I've been to, only massages and facials give you access to spa amenities. $60/day to access those. If I was here longer I'd try another service, overall I recommend.
This Spa is Top Notch. Best Massage ever, book with Rebecca. She's Amazing!!!!!!! They also have a salt room, steam room, sauna, hot tub, several relaxation areas. Fruit water was Fresh. Friendly staff. Definitely a must if you're in Reno.
