For years we have used Carpet Tender to clean our carpets. This time we purchased and had them install new carpet in our three bedrooms. I anticipated it would take at least two days to install the carpet and move the furniture around. Boy was I wrong. They showed up on the dot at 8:30 and the whole job, including replacing furniture, was done by 1:00. We are grateful to Carpet Tender for their professional and exacting service. Ive used Carpet tenders at least once a year, sometimes twice, and am always extremely happy with how my carpet looks after they clean it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned thoroughly!

Carpet tender did an excellent job of stretching out carpet that had previously been laid by an inexperienced staff person from a large Reno department store. The carpet tender staff were well trained, very polite and very efficient. I’d highly recommend them.
