Horrible company and would never recommend. I used them one time for a tax return. Had to have that return redone due to incorrect info. I asked them a question over the phone approx 30 days after return and bill was settled. Then, I received a bill for almost $200. I called them and they stated it was for something I requested. I stated I never requested what they claimed and never received anything. Now 3 yrs later they are trying to put me thru collections. Horrible company and very dishonest.

We used the same accountant as the year prior. Upon doing our taxes for the 2023 year, it was determined that our taxes were done incorrectly for the 2022 year. Lisa Bagley also did them wrong for the 2023 year, so twice in a row. She said we owed over 12k in taxes. The reason we started with her was because my husband was 1099 and we needed help as neither of us had done those taxes before. She said she could help us. She then blamed us for everything because she didn't ask us any questions and we trusted that she would let us know what she needed to do her job.
