I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. I got a random muscle spasm in my neck that prevented me from moving my head, and in turn severely limited my mobility.
Initially, I spoke to two different doctors about this and tried conventional methods: warm compress, ice pack, Tylenol, lidocaine. It was mostly ineffective and the pain was still very present. After four days of this, my husband encouraged me to try acupuncture.
Rachael Bell has been my acupuncturist for the past 4-5 years. She is a highly skilled, excellent and thoughtful practitioner. Her presence is calming, caring, and she has a wonderful energy about her. I highly recommend seeing her for any issues requiring acupuncture treatment.
