My entire family have been patients of Dr. M. for close to 30 years. He is a small practice and yes people come and go over the years but he is the best. I have never met a physician who takes more interest in his patients than Dr. M. It's not easy running a small business these days but Dr. M. always takes the time to listen and get to the heart of the issue. Our grandkids now see him and I know some day he will retire, but until then, we will always be true to this office.

I know over the years, Stead Medical hasn't had rave reviews, I was just in yesterday on 8/14/2019 and I have nothing but good things to say, they have had a staff change, some of the oldies but goodies are there (amazing!), and the new people are amazing, I seen the change in the people whom have always been there too, they are more upbeat and seem to enjoy their work more, the environment in there is so much more vibrant and happy and you can feel this and it shows in the work they do, the staff is more approachable and they are more personable, and seem to care even more then before, they check on you to make sure you are comfortable, ask if you need anything, hey can I get you a glass of water, its just so much easier to be waiting when you know they care, I was there during an incident, which I might say the staff handled with flying colors, and yet they still checked on me to make sure I was ok, while this was going on, who does that!!! FIVE STARS to my friends at Stead Medical, You guys have gone above and beyond and have become an AMAZING care facility, GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!

We are checking out this clinic for establishment since our doctor moved out of state. My first impression is the office staff is not well trained in customer service or they just don't care. There is no "be with you in a moment, hello how are you", nothing like that. I stood at the window for about 7 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and there were 5 people in the office space! I was there yesterday and a woman signed in after me, the front office person called her name and said its a 15 dollar co pay, very cold and robotic.
