This place does not qualify for room and board! It offers nothing for rehabilitation. I was there for physical therapy and was lucky to get 5 minutes a day, if I arranged the time. Shutter the place!!

I had a very uplifting experience at Sierra Ridge! Everyone was very helpful with my condition! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to have their loved ones come here for skilled care?

If I could give 0 star that's what they would get. It's a shame that people that work here can't answer the phone and cant do their job. My Aunt is there for physical therapy and they only give her 5 minutes a day. And they gave her Jack n the Box for dinner and another night icecream. People need real food especially if they aren't in the best health. She has had back surgery many time and needs some type of tylenol or advil for the pain and one of the nurse told her she didnt have time so she would have to wait, which took over 2 hours for her to get her meds. I've ve called 3 days straight and can't seem to reach anyone. PLEASE if you have the option take your love one somewhere else where people actually like to work and want to help people. The CEO needs to check this place out. But they are probably as worthless as the rest of them.

After having Pneumonia i left Renoun hospital and was admitted to Sierra Ridge health and wellness suites for a rehab stay. I was very depressed, which did not last long because of the thoughtful staff at sierra ridge. from the incredible nurses and the incredible and thoughtful cna"s the physical therapists incredible patience, the activities you get to do, the activities director is incredibly nice. All in all if you have to a rehab center this is the one to go to.,

I was an inpatient at Sierra Ridge Rehab for 4 days and voluntarily left. However, I couldn't just leave by taxi, they had to call an ambulance at a cost to me of $90. and take me back to the hospital even though I lived 5 min. from the facility ??? They told me it was protocol because I refused to have a pick line removed in my vein. I wanted to keep the pick line so I could make arrangements for in-home antibiotic infusions which was discussed in the hospital prior to the admission at Sierra Ridge Rehab Center ??? I do have to say the nurses & staff are friendly and social. The food was fine but small proportions. I usually asked for seconds & was accommodated. Always out of certain snacks that I preferred and coffee is served at breakfast time "only", if they have coffee at that time. Sometimes it was served right after breakfast. No coffee available after breakfast.Housekeeping.....my room was cleaned once in 4 days. The nurses would often drop needle caps, used antiseptic gauze, etc. on the floor and I had accidently spilled drinks/juice on the floor. The one time my bloody, contagious foot wrap was changed it lay on the floor for 2 days. I finally had to ask a nurse to pick it up. She was the one with the gloves.Upon admission I was mandatorily quarantined for 14 days & COVID tested negative. So, why was I quarantined ???? (Over Kill)They use the cheapest medical supplies which would not hold up past 1-3 days which I had used in the past at other hospitals.I had an infected foot & was treated with antibiotics on schedule. They did not clean the infected foot or change the wrapping until I asked. It was supposed to be changed everyday. It was changed once in 4 days.I have sleep apnea and was never provided a CPAP machine even though from day one, I had requested one everyday.I had severe migraines there with no history of migraines and was prescribed Percocet which did not agree with me, too strong, and it was discontinued & no other pain medication alternative was discussed. The migraines were excruciating. I used ice packs which took a while to reduce the pain but was short lived. I was offered ibuprofen which worked but affected my kidneys & I had kidney disease. I was desperate & took them anyway because I had no choice. When I finally arrived home, I didn't have any more migraines ???Another patient came into my room even though I was in quarantine. We talked for a brief moment until I asked her to leave. She told me when asked that she was being treated for lice. ??? I was panic stricken.FYI: The hospitals are sending the homeless to rehab centers for treatment due to COVID. Most of the population in rehab centers are homeless. Each & everyday was getting worse & I was getting more & more depressed. The Sierra Ridge Rehabilitation Center is not ready to treat patients 100 % in order for patients to heal & recover physically and/or mentally (stress free).AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is the worse place i' ve worked at. They makes tons of money off of you and your insurances. This place is severely understaffed, the state closed down one side of it before, looks Ike their going for a 2nd time, don't let them infringe upon your rights, like Nazis. Go somewhere else.

I got hurt in an accident. I was there for physical therapy. I got none. Was left in my room. When I wanted to leave they said they would keep my medication my insurance paid for and they did. I'm 44. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE'S THERE. I can't imagine what happens to the older people.
