The customer service staff is not very efficient. After waiting a half hour my name was called but a room wasn't ready, so had to wait longer. This occurred at least a couple more times. Dr. Stanko is great, very professional and thorough. Also had to wait to check out since two of the windows were closed. Wasn't the only person waiting. My appointment turned into almost 2 hrs, where it should have been shorter.

The staff I encountered were friendly and professional! Dr Stanko examined my eyes and also informed me I had a film build up over my eyes--apparently normal with some people who've had cataract surgery--mine was 5 years ago. I had it and didn't know it, however I did notice my eyes were getting more blurry. All in all, I have very clear vision now thanks to doctor Stanko and it didn't take long.

I was referred here 2 years ago and I would give them a D. I just had an appointment last month with a different doctor and front desk personnel and I would say they have greatly improved. I especially liked Dr. Stanko. I felt he was thorough and very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel rushed. They overlap, but I wasn't kept waiting a long time. I give them a B+ now.
