Made an appointment for oil change. I let them know when I arrived that I had somewhere to be in 2 hours from appt, gentleman helping me said 'no problem, I'll start it right now. Should take an hour". I sat and waited, an hour and a half later they hadn't even started it despite my appointment being made ahead of time. Very disappointed and a waste of my time that I had to leave work for. Was asked if I'd like to make another appointment to come back since I couldn't s, no mention of their mistake. I won't return. Thank you Laurie for reaching out. I'm a long time customer as is my husband, so I appreciate you making the effort... read full review

Took the car in for an oil change and I was told by Sierra Car Care that I needed new brake pads/rotors for $800 because pads were at 3mm. Took the car to dealership because they quoted me $600 for the job, but dealership mechanic said this service/repair was not actually necessary because brake pads were still at 5 and 6mm.

Great service station. Employees know what they are doing when fixing your car. You can feel confident that they are actually fixing the things you are paying for. They are nice enough to let you know about things that you may want to look into having changed or fixed, but there is no pressure. Great experience.
