Chris was very responsive to our initial request and got us scheduled as his time allowed.

We had not serviced our gas in Ecert in quite a while and he really improved performance explained what was going on with it and made it look like brand new. We don’t really have a before picture, but this is almost a 18-year-old unit and it seems to be running like new!

Chris arrived within the agreed upon time window. He was fast, effient, and professional. Left fireplace area clean. Fireplace is working and looks great. Charge was fair and reasonable. We'll definitely use Scotts Chimney Service & Repair in the future.
